Benchmark Appraisals, LLC is a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm.  We serve the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area as well as the Upper Eastern Shore of MD.  (Anne Arundel, Baltimore City and County, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Frederick, Prince Georges and Caroline, Cecil, Kent and Queen Anne's Counties.)

Of the four appraisers at Benchmark, three hold MAI designations from the Appraisal Institute. We each have over 20 years of experience, and our varied backgrounds allow for a healthy exchange of ideas.  We work together to achieve solutions for our client's specific real estate needs.
